SciLifeLab
SciLifeLab (Science for Life Laboratory) is an institution for the advancement of molecular biosciences in Sweden. It is a national research infrastructure and was established in 2010. It supports research activities at all major Swedish universities.
SciLifeLab leverages the unique strengths of individual researchers across Sweden to create valuable resources for the life science community. For example, SciLifeLab provides access to national infrastructure, which contains the cutting-edge instrumentation and scientific expertise necessary to be internationally competitive in bioscience research. In turn, the infrastructure is further developed by the Swedish life science research community. This results in a unique environment for conducting life science at the highest level.

SciLifeLab Data Centre
The primary activities of SciLifeLab Data Centre are to make data as Open, and FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) as possible. This is done by providing Services to aid researchers in sharing their research outputs (e.g. data and apps) according to best practice, and in promoting their research outputs to maximise their reuse.
The vision of SciLifeLab Data Centre is to position Sweden at the global forefront of data-driven life science research.
The mission of SciLifeLab Data Centre is to facilitate world class research and enhance research quality by offering a suite of impactful services. This is done by contributing to Open Science and removing barriers to the reuse of research outputs. Data Centre participates at the highest international level in technology development, and in shaping best practices and standards for data-driven life science research.
